All requests must meet the following requirements to be subject for approval:

• Returns must be accompanied by original receipt or proof of purchase. 
• Returns must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition in original packaging. This includes all tags, manuals, accessories, and components. 
• Unless in cases of manufacturing defects or warranty claims, return requests must be submitted within 30 days of original order. 
• All sales are final on:
• Electrical items
• Custom spliced rope
• Custom spliced lanyards

Customers can expect to receive their refunded amount within 30 days of the return request's approval

Shelter Tree Care Products reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions.
