The Ronin Lift rubber motor cover simply slips over the motor and creates an extra barrier of protection for both the Ronin Lift and the infrastructure you are climbing on. The cover has venting to allow airflow to reach the motor and won’t cause the unit to overheat while offering that extra level of protection.
